ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Meetings: Zoning Board meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall
The Zoning Board of Appeals reviews applications for use and area variances, including special use permits. Applications are reviewed per the guidelines set forth in section 165 of the Geneva Town Code. Questions regarding variances or special use permits should be directed to the Code Enforcement Officer (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Filing an Application
Applicants must submit a signed copy of the application along with a survey or location map detailing the proposed project (addition, deck, etc.). The map must include the distance from the project to the property lines. A complete application package consisting of the signed application, map and check must be received 30 days before the next scheduled meeting to be included on the agenda.
