Notice Regarding NYSEG Billing
It has come to our attention this morning that NYSEG has made some billing errors since the CCA program launched. We know for certain that anyone on budget billing has been impacted with NYSEG over charging them. We will continue to explore whether the billing error has been more broadly applied. It is our understanding that NYSEG will be sending a letter explaining their mistake and issuing a refund. We appreciate your patience as we work through the implementation of this program.
