Background
The Town of Geneva has received a $750,000 Community Development Block Grant from the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR): NYS CDBG Project #449ED995-21. These funds will assist Real Eats America, Inc. in purchasing machinery and equipment and providing other assistance with the renovation of its new leased facility on Routes 5&20 in the Town of Geneva. This will result in the creation of 75 new full-time positions, with 75 available to low to moderate income individuals. The Town of Geneva is seeking the services of a firm or individual to assist in the administration, management, and implementation of this economic development grant.
