Ontario County Office for the Aging (OCOFA) and OCOFA Advisory Council are seeking nominees for Seniors of the Year Awards. Please use this nomination form.
OCOFA will hold a celebration of Older American’s Month where we honor local Older Adult Volunteers who are committed to making a difference and lasting impact on our Ontario County community. Nominees must be residents of Ontario County and 60 years of age of older. Individuals and organizations may submit nominations.
The winners will be selected by the OFA Advisory Council. One winner will be put forth in nomination for the New York State Office for the Aging Older New Yorker Volunteer Award to be celebrated in Albany, May 27, 2025.
