Ontario County: Veterans Survey
The Partnership for Ontario County and the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) are collaborating on a research study on substance use in Veterans residing in Ontario County. The results of this survey will be used to inform programs, services, and funding for Veterans. If you are a veteran and would like more information, please read the information sheet here. The survey can be found online by scanning the QR code or can be printed out here (survey). Every person who completes the survey will get a 10-dollar gift card up until the resources are exhausted.
