Ontario County Clerk's Office: Hours Changing
Effective Monday, April 29, 2024, the hours of the Ontario County Clerk’s office will be modified to 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If there is a legal document that must be filed after between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., individuals can call the County Clerk’s Office at 585-396-4200 and those unique situations will be accommodated. Individuals can also use the drop box at the entrance of the Ontario County DMV office (please write Ontario County Clerk on the envelope). Documents received in the drop box after 4:30 p.m. will be filed the next business day.
